Scope of Service
RealRPT provides document analysis and information extraction. Reports identify and summarize the contents of documents you provide, cite the source page for every finding, and generate questions for your professional advisors. RealRPT does not provide legal advice or legal opinions, does not interpret contractual rights or the legal effect of registered charges, does not provide property inspections or property-specific repair estimates, and does not advise for or against proceeding with any transaction. Our review assists — and does not replace — review by your lawyer, notary, inspector, lender, and realtor.
Limitations
A RealRPT report can only reflect the documents provided to us. Missing, incomplete, or superseded documents limit what a review can find. Cost ranges cited in inspection review reports are published typical market ranges for budgeting purposes only; obtain contractor quotes for any actual work.
Privacy
Documents you upload are stored securely, are accessible only to you and the reviewer assigned to your order, and are used solely to produce your report. To produce it, document contents are processed by third-party AI services under our instructions; we do not permit them to use your documents for training, and we do not sell or share your documents or personal information. Contact support@realrpt.com to request deletion of your documents and account data.
